For most of my events (125-200 guests), the amount is most often 20 up-lights in roughly a 1500-2500 sq ft room. Larger rooms or spaces may require more. These are also great for the dance floor, accenting outside decor, and up walls or trees. During reception they can change color and go with the beat to take your dance floor energy to the next level!
Does your event require multiple sound locations? Is your ceremony site, dinner or cocktail hour in separate spaces? We have it covered and can offer sound locations for your entire event. It is important that music is carried seamlessly throughout the evening from one location to the next!

We use the best digital wireless microphone system to assure the best possible guest experience and to highlight your most important moments. This includes the option of wireless handheld and lapel microphones for your officiant, your vows and any readings that may take place during your ceremony.
An MC or "master of ceremonies" is the official host for any event, performance, or party. Normally, a master of ceremonies introduces speakers, makes announcements, and engages with the audience to keep the ceremony agenda flowing as smoothly as possible and controls the energy of the room in a fun and exciting way!
